How should I care for my item, and what about sizing details?
To keep your clothing items looking their best, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water, avoiding bleach and dry cleaning, and not ironing directly on the design. Your cherished piece will stay vibrant and beautiful with proper care!
As for sizing, we've got you covered! A detailed size chart is available in all our listings to help you find the perfect fit. Please remember that it is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. We're confident that by referring to the size chart, you'll be delighted with the fit of your custom item!
What happens if my package gets delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?
We cannot be held responsible for packages that experience delays, get lost by the shipping carrier, or are stolen – situations that are beyond our control. Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
In case of any delays or lost packages, we kindly ask that you contact the shipping carrier directly. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. We're here to support you, and we'll do our best to help you navigate any shipping issues that may arise.
